It is okay to get this bracelet wet, as it will not harm the bracelet. However, be advised that over time it may fade the colors. If the bracelet should get dirty take a cloth (I recommend a facial cloth) and run it under cool water. Then squeeze out the excess water and rub the soiled area gently in a circular motion. If the stain is more severe, try using a small amount of Tide® To Go Instant Stain Remover and rub in a gentle circular motion until the stain disappears. Lay the bracelet flat on a paper towel until dry.
